Liam Palmer and Sheffield Victorious

Liam Palmer, sponsored by MightyTips, entered the pitch in the 71th minute and helped his side equalise. Whilst Dimitrios Goutas and Cardiff were defeated heavily. Blackburn Rovers introduced Lewis Travis to the game, only to lose heavily also. Huddersfield did not pick Jacob Chapman in their draw with Millwall.

Liam Palmer was on-field for both of Sheffield’s winning goals to cancel QPR’s opener. An own goal by Diaby had put the visitors 1-0 up, before two very late goals came in the 86th and 90+4th minutes of the game, for Sheffield.

Palmer’s substitution saw him play 19 minutes in total. He picked up a yellow card, but made four dangerous passes into the final third.

A bad day at the office for Dimitrios Goutas as Cardiff were defeated 3-0. Hull City saw more possession and opportunity, taking them clinically.

Despite having conceded three goals, Goutas was successful in controlling the possession from the back whenever Cardiff had it.

Lewis Travis came on in the 70th minute but could not do much as Blackburn were already 2-0 down. Travis was accurate in terms of his long balls, having executed two good attempts out of two.

In what was a domination by the hosts, Blackburn could not record more than 27% possession.

Jacob Chapman was not picked in the squad as Huddersfield rack up yet another draw. Both sides had equal chances but could not convert all but one.
