Zamalek will be looking to keep their place in the top three with a win when they play host to ZED on Thursday evening.
The hosts have had to settle for a top-three finish since winning successive league titles in 2020/21 and 2021/22. José Peseiro's side finished third in each of their last two Egyptian top-flight campaigns and currently occupy the same position.
