West Ham United will be looking to move further away from the bottom three with another win this week when they play host to Leicester City.
The hosts caused a shock last weekend when they ended Arsenal's unbeaten run at the Emirates this season with a 1-0 win thanks to a Jarrod Bowen goal on the stroke of half-time. That victory lifted Graham Potter's side 13 points clear of the bottom three and they could move into the top 12 with another win this week. However, the Hammers will be worried by the fact that they lost each of their last two home games without scoring.
Leicester City meanwhile suffered another setback in their fight for top-flight safety when they were thrashed 4:0 by Brentford at the King Power Stadium last weekend. The Foxes have now lost all of their last four and failed to score in three of those games.
West Ham vs Leicester City Betting Tips: Over 2.5 goals
The Hammers kept Arsenal quiet for 90 minutes last weekend but that was a rare clean sheet for Graham Potter’s men. That was the first time in nine matches that West Ham didn’t concede a goal and shipped 2+ goals in all but one of the four home games played in that time.
Nistelrooy and Leicester City have the second-worst record on the road in the Premier League this season. The Foxes conceded at least two goals in each of their last 18 games across all competitions and I fancy that run to be extended on Thursday.
- Best Tip: Over 2.5 goals
- West Ham vs Leicester City prediction: 2-1

West Ham team news
West Ham will be without Michail Antonio, who is still struggling to regain his fitness following an accident in the first week of December.
The Hammers' injury list also includes Niclas Füllkrug, Vladimír Coufal (both hamstring) and Crysencio Summerville (thigh).
Jarrod Bowen's goal against the Gunners last time out took his tally for the season to seven and will again link up with Mohammed Kudus in the final third on Thursday.

Leicester City team news
Given the result and scoreline against Brentford last time out, Leicester City head coach Ruud van Nistelrooy is expected to make a number of changes to his XI.
Jannik Vestergaard, Facundo Buonanotte and Stephy Mavididi are among those who could benefit from a reshuffle after coming on as substitutes in that game.
Harry Souttar (tendon), Issahaku Fatawu (cruciate ligament), Ricardo Pereira (hamstring) and James Justin (ankle) will not be available for the Foxes this week due to injury.

Three reasons we expect at least three goals in this game
- West Ham finished just one of their last nine games without conceding.
- All the last eight away games of Leicester City produced more than two goals.
- Only one of the last ten league meetings between West Ham and Leicester produced fewer than three goals.
Main prediction West Ham United - Leicester City
Over 2.5 goals
