Leeds United continue their chase for a return to the top flight when they travel this week to the Bet365 Stadium where they will take on Stoke City.
The hosts have not won a football match since 6 November. The Potters bring an eight-match winless run into Thursday's game with four defeats and four draws to their name. They conceded two goals in each of the last five outings; something head coach Narcis Pelach will be looking to change this week.
Leeds United welcomed Oxford United to Elland Road last weekend, looking to get back to winning ways after drawing with Preston the week before. The Whites gave their fans something to cheer about with a commanding 4:0 win and will be looking to build on that performance this week against Stoke whom they beat in the last meeting 1:0. However, Daniel Farke's men are struggling away from home at the moment, with just one win in their last seven away games.
Stoke City vs Leeds United Betting Tips: Draw & Under 2.5 goals
Despite going into Thursday's game on an eight-game winless streak, Stoke City are not to be underestimated at the Bet365 Stadium and I'll back them to take a point from this fixture. The Potters have lost just one of their last seven games at this ground and conceded under a goal in five of those encounters.
Leeds United have also struggled to find the net on the road this season. The Peacocks failed to score more than once in four of their last five away games and given that none of those encounters produced 2+ goals, Thursday's game is likely to be a close one.
- Best Tip: Under 2.5 goals
- Stoke City vs Leeds United prediction: 0-0

Stoke City team news
Stoke City head coach Narcis Pelach is set to be without the services of Million Manhoef for 2-3 months due to injury.
Manhoef has been diagnosed with a collateral ligament injury and the winger is not the hosts’ only injury concern.
Centre back Bosun Lawal is also ruled out of Thursday’s game with a back injury that has kept him out since the first week of August.

Leeds United team news
Ilia Gruev has been out since undergoing a knee surgery back in October and Thursday’s trip to Stoke City will come too soon for the midfielder.
Given that no injuries were registered in the win over Oxford United last time out, head coach Daniel Farke is expected to resist the temptation to make changes to his XI, meaning Patrick Bamford will continue on the substitute bench.
