Sheffield United constantly traveled between the Premier League and the Championship in recent seasons. Last year, the Blades suffered relegation and are looking for an instant promotion this year. They are sitting in 2nd place with 83 points from 40 rounds - one point away from the top and one point away from dropping to third place and the Playoffs. The Blades also had two points deducted by the FA, which could be massive in this promotion race.
Millwall are playing their eighth consecutive season in the Championship, where they have constantly been outside of the playoff spots. Right now, the Lions look like they will once again miss the Playoffs, as they are six points away from it with just six rounds to go. So, pretty much every match is a must-win for them at this point in the season.
Sheffield United vs Millwall pick: Under 2.5 goals
In recent games, Sheffield United constantly played low-scoring as they were under 2.5 goals in four of the last five games - 80%. Also, at home, the Blades are doing an excellent job, keeping a clean sheet in 55% of their games.
Millwall struggled offensively this season with 39 goals in 40 rounds - 0.975 goals per game. Right now, they have the second-worst offense in the league. So, even scoring a goal against Sheffield could be a challenge. However, a solid defense keeps them fairly high on the league's table. Because of a poor offense and an OK defense, Millwall were under 2.5 goals in 72.5% of their games.
In the first h2h game this season, Sheffield won 1:0. Considering the previous h2h game and all the above, an under 2.5 goals seems like the best option for this Championship tie.

Sheffield United team news
After a 1:0 loss to Oxford United, coach Chris Wilder spoke to the media. He said that bad decisions cost them points in that match. "They started better than us - a team fighting for their lives. We had two or three opportunities before they scored, which we should probably take," the coach added.
Harry Clarke, Ollie Arblaster, Tom Davies, Rhys Norrington-Davies, and Sai Sachdev, who missed the previous games with injuries, should remain sidelined.

Millwall team news
Central defender Japhet Tanganga suffered an injury in the previous game against Portsmouth and had to leave the field in the 43rd minute. Additionally, Femi Azeez, Raees Bangura-Williams, Zak Lovelace, Dan McNamara, Camiel Neghli, Calum Scanlon, Zak Sturge, and Duncan Watmore should remain sidelined with their injuries.
Goalkeeper Liam Robers finally served his six-game suspension and will be available. However, we believe Lukas Jensen will remain their first option regardless.
