Sevilla will be looking to record back to back league wins for the first time this season when they host Mallorca on Monday night.
The hosts finished just four places above the bottom three last term and things are no better this term. Indeed, just eight points separate García Pimienta's side from the relegation zone. Los Hispalenses are winless in their last three home games, but will be buoyed by the 4-0 away win over Real Valladolid a week ago.
Mallorca are one of those La Liga sides that always regard a place outside the bottom three as a successful season. They finished just seven points above the relegation zone last term, but are flying at the moment. Jagoba Arrasate's side prepare for Monday's game after beating Las Palmas 3-1 thanks to goals from Muriqi and Rodriguez. Another win on Monday could see them move into the European places.
Sevilla vs Mallorca Betting Tips: Under 2.5 goals
Sevilla beat Real Valladolid by four goals last time out, but that's not to say their games have been particularly entertaining this season. Los Nervionenses have found the back of the net more than once on just two occasions in their last seven outings, and only one of their last eight games at this ground produced more than two goals.
Recent meetings between Sevilla and Mallorca have also tended to be tight affairs. Eight of the last nine meetings ended with fewer than two goals and I think we will have a similar result on Tuesday night at Ramón Sánchez Pizjuán.
- Best Tip: Under 2.5 goals
- Sevilla vs Mallorca prediction: 1-0

Sevilla team news
Sevilla head coach García Pimienta is expected to resist the temptation to make changes to the side that was on the pitch from kick-off in the 4-0 win over Valladolid last time out.
Tanguy Nianzou, Albert Sambi Lokonga and Akor Adams, all dealing with hamstring injuries were unavailable against Valladolid and Monday’s game comes too soon for the trio.

Mallorca team news
With his brace against Las Palmas last weekend, Vedat Muriqi has found the back of the net six times this season and the Kosovan professional will retain his responsibilities of leading the line.
Muriqi is likely to be supported upfront by Takuma Asano and Robert Navarro, while Dani Rodríguez will be the man to watch in the engine room.
