A competitive contest seems likely when Randers and FC Copenhagen square-off at Cephenus Park on Monday. 

A tough-to-beat Randers side come into this Superliga fixture in high spirits after an excellent 5:1 win at Krybas KR  last week. Placed 4th in the division, the home side sit 3rd in the Superliga, only three points behind FC Copenhagen in a tightly contested top of the table. 

Unbeaten in their last five home matches, and in 12 of their last 14 games at Cepheus Park since March last year, Rasmus Bertelsen´s men will fancy their chances against a potentially fatigued opponent. 

FC Copenhagen make the trip to Randers having now lost each of their last three matches after a surprise 2:1 home reversal against Heidenheim in the Conference League last Thursday. 

Jens Olsen´s side have also struggled on their travels with defeats suffered in each of their last three away fixtures. The Byens hold also failed to win seven of their last ten road matches. 

Randers have managed to avoid defeat in three of their last six matches against Copenhagen, and with the visitors off-colour, I'm confident the hosts can pick up a positive result on Monday.
