An entertaining evening can be expected in Paris as a dangerous Toulouse side look to extend their winning run to four matches on Friday. 

Both teams come into this contest in high spirits with PSG claiming a 4:2 win at Angers in their most recent Ligue 1 matchup, and Toulouse seeing off Rennes with a 2:0 road victory.

Three successive victories have lifted the visitors up to tenth in the division and with an excellent recent away record to call on, Toulouse should fancy their chances of making this a competitive contest. Carles Martínez´s side won nine and lost only three of their last 13 away Ligue 1 matches, including a 3:1 win at this venue last season.

PSG make their return to the Parc des Princes after a 2:1 home defeat against Atletico Madrid in their last fixture in Paris. Luis Enrique´s side have been in good form on their own patch this season with five successive Ligue 1 victories claimed since the start of the season. PSG scored 17 goals in those victories, four of the five games seeing a minimum of three goals scored. 

Four of the last six meetings between these sides saw three goals or more scored, and with both teams in good form, another competitive contest should see plenty of chances at both ends.

While PSG should get the job done, a safer play is the over 2.5 goals pick with the expectation that the visitors will get on the scoresheet. Toulouse failed to score in only two of their last 13 away Ligue 1 matches.

Over 2.5 goals is my preferred choice in a game where both teams are likely to score.
