A competitive Serie A contest should be on the cards when relegation-threatened Parma take on Champions League qualification hopefuls Juventus on Monday.

Parma enter Monday´s fixtures having remarkably drawn each of their last five Serie A fixtures, including a goalless share of the spoils at Fiorentina last weekend. Christian Chivu´s side now find themselves four points clear of the drop zone with six games still to play.

A tough side to beat, especially at Stadio Ennio Tardini, I Crociati have impressed in recent home fixtures, picking up five points from home games against Bologna, Torino and Inter Milan. Parma scored exactly two goals in all three games, suggesting they are more than capable of testing an inconsistent Juventus side.

Goals can usually be expected at this venue, with BTTS occurring in all but three of Parma´s 16 home Serie A matches played this season, including a 2:2 draw against table-toppers Inter two weeks ago. 

Juventus return to action on Monday after a hard-fought 2:1 win against Lecce last time out. Unbeaten in three matches, Igor Tudor´s side are up to 4th in the division, two points behind third-placed Atalanta. 

On the road, Juve have struggled to turn draws into victories in the past year. The Old Lady were held to stalemates in 11 of their last 19 away Serie A games. Clean sheets have been rare, with seven of Juventus´s last nine road matches also seeing BTTS. Tudor´s men conceded at least one goal in eight of their last nine games away from Turin.

With both teams seeing plenty of games drawn in respective home and away fixtures, a share of the spoils could be on the cards on Monday.
