A high-scoring Dutch Cup clash seems likely when Eredivisie visitors Feyenoord take on MVV on Tuesday. 

The in-form visitors arrive in Maastricht after extending their unbeaten run to seven matches with a thumping 5:2 win against Heracles on Saturday. Brian Priske´s men scored 12 goals while winning each of their last three matches, with a total of 23 goals netted during that unbeaten run.

Clean sheets have proven rare for Feyenoord, though. The Eredivisie side have conceded at least one goal in 14 of their last 16 games since the end of September. 

On the road, Priske´s men have been no strangers to goal-fests this season with a minimum of four goals scored in six of their last seven away fixtures. An average of 4.7 goals per game were scored in those seven contests. Across all matches, both home and away, over 3.5 goals ocurred in seven of their last nine fixtures. 

Likewise, MVV have seen plenty of goals in recent weeks with an average of 3.4 goals scored across their last ten matches. 

With those numbers in mind, I´m confidently backing over 3.5 goals scored at De Geusselt while the BTTS and over 2.5 goals double is also likely to prove profitable. MVV are a capable side, particularly at home, while clean sheets have proven rarities for the Rotterdammers. 

Over 3.5 goals is my first selection, while I´ll also take a chance on BTTS in a likely entertaining Dutch Cup clash.
