Serie A title contenders Napoli will be confident of extending their unbeaten run with another victory on Saturday against an out-of-form Monza.

Placed second in the division, just three points behind leaders Inter, Antonio Conte's men kept their quest for Serie A glory alive with a comfortable 3:0 win against Empoli on Monday. A brace from Scottish midfielder Scott McTominay secured a routine victory for Gli Azzurri. 

Having suffered a dip in form at the turn of the year, Napoli have now won three of their last five Serie A fixtures since a 1:1 draw against title-rivals Inter at the start of March. Impressive wins against Milan and Fiorentina have lifted the Neopolitans confidence as they enter the final weeks of the campaign.

Contrastingly, Monza are now on the verge of a return to Serie B having picked up just 15 points from 32 games played this season. Alessandro Nesta's side find themselves 11 points behind 17th placed Lecce with only six matches still to play. 

Winless in their last 12 Serie A fixtures, Monza have picked up just two points since a 2:1 win against Fiorentina in February. I Biancorossi lost eight of their last 11 home matches, including a 3:1 reversal against Como in their most recent outing at U-Power Stadium.

With Napoli still in the hunt for the title, I expect Conte's men to maintain their winning form against a poor Monza side now all but certain to drop down to Serie B in the coming weeks.
