PSG dominated in the French Ligue 1 in the previous seasons, as they won six of the last seven league titles. This year, the team from the capital city is again at the top of the table with seven points more than the probably only two teams that could compete for the title with them, Monaco and Marseille. 

Monaco played great in most of the season, but lately, their form started to slow down. Adi Hutter's team won only one of the last five matches in all competitions and now urgently needs a victory to reset their confidence. In the previous game, Monaco played 0-0 on the road against Reims. Guests finished the match with 64% ball possession and six shots on the goal more than the opponent, but their efficiency wasn't on an adequate level. 

PSG are playing well in Ligue 1, where they still don't have a loss this season, but in the Champions League, Luis Enrique's team is shockingly out of the top 24 teams. Currently, PSG are on the run of four games without defeat. In the last match, they won 3-1 at home against Lyon. The home side finished with xG of 2.88, while guests had only 0.98, so it is no wonder that PSG secured another Ligue 1 victory.

Monaco scored only three goals in the last four matches. On the other hand, PSG allowed only three goals in the previous six games. We shouldn't expect more than three goals on Wednesday night.
