Monaco vs Crvena Zvezda Betting Tips - Monaco/Over 2.5 Goals

Monaco will aim to extend their unbeaten start to the season when they host Red Star Belgrade at the Stade Louis II in the Champions League on Tuesday. Adi Hutter's men have enjoyed an excellent run of form, remaining unbeaten in ten matches across all competitions.  

While held to a goalless draw at Lille on Friday, Les Monégasques sit at the top of the division, behind champions PSG on goal-difference only.

Monaco's Champions League campaign has also begun brightly. Trailing 2:0 against Dinamo Zagreb in their most recent UCL matchup, Denis Zakaria's late penalty ensured they extended their unbeaten run in Europe. Hutter´s side began the league phase with an outstanding 2:1 win against Barcelona. 

The hosts will be confident of claiming another win on Tuesday, particularly having beaten Crvena Zvezda twice just two seasons ago, with a 4:1 home victory and a 1-0 win in Belgrade.

Crvena Zvezda comes into this match after a commanding 5:1 dwin over Radnicki Nis over the weekend. While Red Star dominate domestically, they have struggled in the Champions League, failing to win any of their last 12 matches in the competition, with 11 losses recorded during that miserable run. On the road, the Serbs have lost eight of their last nine away UCL matches.

With Monaco in great form and Crvena Zvezda usually struggling on the road, a high-scoring home win seems likely on Tuesday. The hosts have seen over 2.5 goals in their last three home victories, while Red Star have seen over 2.5 goals in five of their last six away UCL games. 

A home win with at least three goals scored is my top tip on Tuesday.
