The Etihad Stadium plays host to a crucial Premier League contest on Wednesday as Manchester City takes on in-form Leicester.

Manchester City vs Leicester Betting Tips - BTTS/Leicester over 1.5 Team Goals

Manchester City return to Premier League business after a dramatic turnaround victory against Bournemouth in their FA Cup quarter-final clash on Sunday.

After a laboured first-half saw Pep Guardiola's men trailing 1:0, second-half goals from Erling Haaland and Omar Marmoush secured a semi-final spot for the Citizens.

Much-improved in the second-half despite the loss of Erling Haaland to injury, City have now won three of their last five matches as they look to finish a miserable campaign on a high.

High-scoring outcome can usually be relied upon when the Citizens are in action. Only three of their previous 18 games saw fewer than three goals scored.

While unreliable in the WDW market since Christmas, Guardiola´s side will be expected to claim back-to-back victories against a Leicester side that now seems doomed to relegation.

A miserable run of form has seen the Foxes lose 13 and win just one of their last 14 Premier League matches. Sitting 19th in the division, nine points behind 17th placed Wolves, Van Nistelrooy´s side will need a massive improvement in performance and results if they are to mount any kind of survival bid.

With City finding their form, a positive result for the visitors seems highly unlikely on Thursday, and I expect a re-energised home side to claim a comfortable win at the Etihad.

I´m backing Man City to win with a minimum of three goals scored.
