In the last five seasons, Lyon have been between fourth and eighth place in Ligue 1. This season, after some ups and downs, they finally found their rhythm and have won six of the last eight league games. Right now, they are in fifth place with 48 points after 28 rounds. However, they are only two points away from the desired third place, which leads directly to the Champions League next season. Manchester United are playing one of the worst seasons in the club's history. However, in the EL 1/8 Finals, they had a really challenging task against Real Sociedad and won 4:1 on aggregate. The bookies trust them in the EL, offering odds around 1.5 to go past Lyon and secure the Semi-Finals.

Lyon are in excellent form, having won six of the last seven matches. Even in the match they lost, 4:2 vs Strasbourg, they were a better team, and we believe they were unlucky. At home, they rarely lose games and have done so only four times in 19 games in all competitions - 21%.
