Since coming to the Egyptian top-flight division in 2021, Future FC have been among the best teams in Egypt, finishing fourth and third in the first two seasons in the Premier League. This year, they even got the opportunity to compete in the CAF Confederation Cup and had a good run. They reached the Quarterfinals, where another Egyptian team, Zamalek, eliminated them on a 3:2 aggregate. In the domestic league, they had their ups and downs, but as the season progressed, they were only looking better. Currently, they are in 6th place with 41 points, four away from third place, which leads to the CAF Confederation Cup. However, they are tied with two other teams for fourth place, which could also lead to the continental competition, depending on the domestic Cup winner.

Baladiyat El Mahalla won Division 2 Group C last year and returned to the Premier League after 16 years. This season, they are only battling to survive. Right now, they are 16th with 23 points, two points away from the safe zone, although with one game less. However, their current form is surely a reason to be worried, especially since they will have games against Future FC, Al Masry, and two against Zamalek in the remaining seven rounds.

Future FC are in good form, winning four of the last five matches in all competitions. Additionally, they managed to cover the -1.5 AH spread in three of those four wins. Their only loss in that five-game stretch was against El Ismaily in a match where Future FC played a good game and deserved at least one point if not all three.

On the other hand, Baladiyat El Mahalla are in absolutely terrible form, losing four out of the last five while failing to score in four of those five matches. Also, away from home, they lost nine of the previous ten, and in five of those, they lost by at least two goals difference. So, we certainly don't expect points against in-form Future FC away from home.

Simply, Future FC are too good for Baladiyat El Mahalla and at home with a massive difference in form, anything but a big win for the hosts would be a surprise.
