Forest Green will be looking to keep alive their National League title hopes alive when they play host to Dagenham & Redbridge on Wednesday evening.
The hosts have not lost a football match since their 2-1 FA Cup first round defeat at Stockport on the second of November. Steve Cotterill's men go into Tuesday's game on the back of a ten-game unbeaten run, but they didn't live up to expectations in most of those games. In fact, two of their victories in that spell were achieved by just one goal difference, while five games ended in draws.
Dag and Red meanwhile have not had many positive results in recent weeks not just in the National League but in all competitions. The visitors ended a two-game losing streak with a 2:0 win over Ebbsfleet United on New Year's Day and have won just three of their last ten league games. But with their last win coming away from home, they will be fancying their chances of beating Forest Green on Tuesday.
Forest Green vs Dag and Red Betting Tips: Forest Green to win
While Forest Green have drawn most of their recent games, they won their last two and have the credentials to beat the struggling Dag and Red on Tuesday evening.
The Daggers won just two of their last six games away from the Chigwell Construction Stadium, losing three and kept just one clean sheet. And having lost their last meeting with Forest Green 2-0, anything other than a win for the hosts on Tuesday would be a surprise.
- Best Tip: Home team to win
- Forest Green vs Dag and Red prediction: 2-0
