England U21 had an excellent last couple of years where they dominated in the Qualifying cycle and then won the EURO U21 title, winning all six matches without conceding a goal! In this generation, we will see a lot of similar players, and once again, England, on paper, looks like the best or one of the best teams in Europe. 

Serbia U21 failed to qualify for EURO U21 last time, as they finished 3rd in the group with France, Ukraine, Faroe Islands, North Macedonia, and Armenia. They were not even close to reaching the EURO U21 as they were 11 points behind Ukraine and 14 points away from the first-placed France. Around a decade ago, Serbia had success with young teams, but that is no longer the case.

Looking at Serbia's U21 road record, we can see that they had only two wins in 15 matches. The Eagles failed to win vs poor teams like Latvia, Estonia, North Macedonia, Bulgaria, Cyprus, etc... So it is hard to expect they will do well against one of the best teams in Europe and the World. 

In the previous three h2h games, England won all three times. Considering the difference in quality, previous h2h games, and Serbia's poor road record, anything but a comfortable win for the hosts would be a massive surprise.
