Two Premier League side struggling for form at the moment meet on Monday night at the Bridge as Chelsea play host to Wolves.
Chelsea went from Premier League title contenders to top-four chasers in the space of a month. The Blues take a run of five consecutive league games without a win into Monday's clash (three draws & two defeats). The poor run has seen them drop out of the top four, sitting in fifth place and one point off fourth. Wolves meanwhile prepare for a trip to Chelsea on Monday after three successive games without a win. Vítor Pereira's menheld Tottenham Hotspur to a 2:2 draw a fortnight ago, but have been nowhere near that standard in their last two league games. The Wanderers conceded exactly three goals in each of their last two matches without responding, losing 3-0 to Nottm Forest and Newcastle United.

Chelsea may have dropped out of the top four but they are still finding the back of the net and I don't expect them to have a bad day in front of goal on Monday. The Blues scored seven goals in their last two games alone and boast at least one goal from 15 of their last 17 games.
Maresca's men are struggling at the back and go into Monday's game on a run of four consecutive league games without keeping a clean sheet. Moreover, Wolves have been in fine form in the final third of late, especially away from home, with the team boasting eight goals in their last five games away from Molineux.
