An in-form Chelsea will be looking for another Premier League win when they take on Fulham at Stamford Bridge.

Chelsea will be confident of extending their winning run on Boxing Day with the Blues looking increasingly like title contenders in recent weeks. Unbeaten in their last 12 matches across all competitions, Enza Maresca´s side scored five successive EPL victories before a frustrating goalless draw at Everton last weekend.

Still, despite dropping points on Merseyside, the Blues sit second in the Premier League, four points behind leaders Liverpool.

Impressive at the Bridge, Chelsea claimed victories in eight of their last ten home fixtures while they have not lost since a 2:0 defeat against Man City at the start of the season.

High-scoring victories have been proven frequent for the home side. Chelsea saw a minimum of three goals scored in all but one of their last 15 wins. 

The Blues also boast a dominant winning record in recent matches against their London rivals. Chelsea won ten of their last 12 encounters since 2013.

Fulham make the short trip to Stamford Bridge in strong form, though, with only one defeat suffered across their last nine matches. Marco Silva´s men have been held to draws in four of their last five EPL fixtures. While a 2:2 draw against Liverpool last week was certainly a point gained, a goalless draw at home to Southampton over the weekend would have felt like two points dropped.

On the road, Fulham have proven a tough side to beat this season with only two defeats suffered in eight away fixtures. Both losses came in trips to Manchester against City and United.

While the Cottagers are in good form, it's hard to look past a Chelsea side that continues to impress. 

I'm backing the hosts to win, while I also expect a minimum of three goals scored.
