Goals should be on the menu when Brighton and Wolves lock horns this weekend with both teams posting consistent numbers in our preferred goal markets.

The Seagulls have certainly enjoyed a better start to their season, picking up four wins while losing just one of eight EPL fixtures. Sitting fifth in the division, only two points behind fourth-placed Aston Villa, Fabian Hürzeler´s side claimed outstanding victories against Tottenham (3:2) and Newcastle (1:0) in their two most recent EPL fixtures.

High-scoring outcomes have been frequent for the in-form hosts. Brighton have seen BTTS and over 3.5 goals in three of their last four EPL encounters while they have kept just two clean sheets in their last nine home fixtures. 

Wolves have endured a nightmare start to their season, and they make the journey south having picked up just one point from eight EPL games played. Gary O´Neil´s side have been competitive, with at least one goal scored in six consecutive EPL defeats over the past six weeks.

Defensive vulnerabilities have been the biggest issue for the Wanderers with 17 goals conceded in those losses and another tough day at the office seems likely this weekend. 

While a home win seems likely on Saturday, I'm putting my money on BTTS and over 2.5 goals scored. The hosts are a little bit short to back in the WDW market, and having claimed a 3:2 win in this fixture last season, a similar outcome can be expected this weekend.

With that in mind, BTTS and over 2.5 goals is my top tip, with the Seagulls likely to emerge victorious in a competitive EPL contest.
