Brentford will be looking for a win to increase the gap between them and the bottom three on Wednesday when they host Brighton.
The hosts are without a win in their last seven Premier League games, but they are capable of beating anyone at the Gtech Community Stadium. The Bees played out draws against heavyweights Chelsea and Manchester United in their last two home games and received plenty of praises in their most recent fixture. Thomas Frank's side dominated the Red Devils, registering 31 shots and will certainly hope to be more clinical this time around.
Brighton may be in the top half of the table but consistency is not on their side. Roberto De Zerbi's side enter Wednesday's game with just two wins from their last seven games, suffering four defeats in the process and have conceded at least two goals in each of their last three away games.
Brentford vs Brighton Betting Tips: Both teams to score
One of the main reasons why Brentford are in the relegation battle is their defensive record this season. Indeed, the Bees have just one clean sheet in their last twenty games in all competitions. They scored in eighteen of those games and both teams scored in as many games.
Brighton cannot boast a good defence either. The visitors have just one clean sheet from their last eight games and their recent defensive record against Brentford is not good either. Both teams scored in the last two league encounters between these two sides and I fancy a similar result on Wednesday.

Brighton team news
Brighton head coach Roberto De Zerbi will again be without the services of Kaoru Mitoma on Wednesday due to injury.
Mitoma has missed the last seven games due to a back injury and Wednesday’s game will come too soon for the Japanese winger.
The Seagulls’ other injury concern is Solly March who has been out since October due to a knee injury.
