Bayern Munich arrives in Bochum looking to avoid a third successive away defeat this week after desperately poor losses at Leverkusen (3:0) and Lazio (1:0). 

Hosts Bochum come into this fixture in great form and will present another stiff test for the ailing champions. Thomas Letsch´s side are unbeaten in 12 of their last 13 games at the Vonovia Ruhrstadion while they have picked up victories in three of their last four. 

Bochum have also seen BTTS in a high proportion of their league games played this season. At home, the hosts have seen both teams score in eight of ten Bundesliga games this season.

Bayern come into this contest now five points behind league leaders Leverkusen after a dis-arming 3:0 defeat at the BayArena last weekend. A 1:0 defeat in Rome now leaves head coach Tuchel under serious pressure with the Munich giants in real danger of ending the season empty handed. 

The Bavarians have lost four of their last nine away matches while they have leaked 11 goals in their four most recent road matches.

While Bayern have remarkably beaten Bochum 7:0 on three separate occasions over the past three seasons, I fancy the hosts to make this a really tough day for the champions. Bayern did fall to a 4:2 defeat at this venue in February 2022 and considering recent form, it wouldn't be the greatest surprise if Tuchel´s side were to trip up again on Sunday.

BTTS looks a solid choice while I´ll also take a chance on Bochum in the double chance market.
