Belgium will be looking to make it two wins out of their two friendlies for this month when they host Luxembourg on Saturday night in Brussels.
The hosts had a tough international break in March, failing to win their two games against Ireland and England, but they made a good start to the June break. Even without Leandro Trossard and Jérémy Doku in the XI, Domenico Tedesco's side hit Montenegro for two goals without reply and will be hoping for a similar display this weekend before their European Championship campaign which kicks off next week.
For Luxembourg, March was a month in which their dreams of reaching the first European Championship in the country's history were dashed. The Red Lions were eliminated in the play-offs after a 2-0 defeat to Georgia, but showed a good response by beating Kazakhstan in a friendly a few days later. June's friendlies got off to a rather unfavourable start with a 3-0 defeat to France, and another tough opponent awaits them this weekend.
Belgium vs Luxembourg Betting Tips: Over 2.5 goals
The Red Devils are capable of destroying any opponent on a good day. Belgium boast at least two goals from five of their last six encounters and bets on Over 3.5 goals were won in half of the last four.
Keeping clean sheets is something that Luxembourg have struggled with in recent months. Luc Holtz’s side finished just one of their last nine encounters without conceding and shipped nine goals against one opponent, Portugal, in that spell.
That last meeting between these two nations was also very entertaining, producing six goals and I fancy a similar result on Saturday.
- Best Tip: Over 2.5 goals
- Belgium vs Luxembourg prediction: 4-1

Belgium team news
With Monday’s Euro clash against Slovakia in mind, Belgium head coach is expected to make a couple of changes to the side that was on the pitch from kick-off against Montenegro.
Kevin De Bruyne marked his 100th appearance for the Belgian national team with a goal last time out, but the Manchester City man could be given a rest this weekend, leaving space for either Leandro Trossard or Jérémy Doku.

Luxembourg team news
Lucas Fox and Jayson Videira are the two players who received their first call-ups to the Luxembourg national football team by head coach Luc Holtz.
Both players are still waiting for their first caps after failing to feature in the defeat to France last time out, while Mirza Mustafić is a doubt for this weekend’s after picking up a knock last time out.
