- Kickoff: 20:30 UK / 21:30 CEST
- Venue: Estadi Olimpic Lluis Companys (Barcelona)
Looking to clear another hurdle on their path to the title, Barcelona will host Europe-chasing Mallorca at the Estadi de Montjuic in Tuesday’s LaLiga clash.
Barcelona’s ferocious attacking unit managed to cancel out Iglesias’s stunning hat-trick and stage a breathtaking comeback in a seven-goal thriller against Celta Vigo, which helped them maintain a comfortable cushion at the summit of the table over their closest title challengers Real Madrid.
Although Mallorca couldn’t fully take advantage of Barcelona’s last-gasp thrashing of Celta, they at least managed to climb into seventh place on the league table after a dull goalless stalemate at home against second-from-bottom Leganes.
Barcelona vs Mallorca Betting Tips : UNDER 3.5
In the reverse fixture earlier this season, Barcelona swept aside Mallorca with a dominant 5-1 win on the Balearic Islands, and while the Catalan outfit are expected to assert their superiority once again, this clash could unfold in a more measured tone with less attacking frenzy. Barcelona’s attacking engine has been relentless especially on home soil with three or more goals in seven of their last eight appearances at Montjuic, but the absence of LaLiga’s top scorer Lewandowski due to a late injury against Celta is almost certain to leave a noticeable void. It’s not out of the question that Hansi Flick and his players might have their minds set on Saturday’s Copa del Rey final against bitter rivals Real Madrid, which could present Mallorca with an opportunity to disrupt the Catalan giants' relentless rhythm, particularly since they've tightened things at the back with clean sheets against both Real Sociedad and Leganes in consecutive La Liga outings.Despite having endured difficult away games against Sevilla, Athletic Bilbao, Valencia, and Sociedad recently, the Balearic Islands side’s defense only let in three goals during those four trips, and we believe they are well-organized enough to silence Barcelona's vocal attack, which will be weakened by Lewandowski’s absence. Ultimately, it wouldn't be surprising if Flick's side is forced to settle for a hard-fought win, much like their 1-0 victory over Mallorca in Catalonia last season.

Barcelona team news
Polish star Robert Lewandowski is set to miss around three weeks after picking up a muscle injury in his team's dramatic 4-3 win over Celta Vigo, ruling him out of next Saturday's Copa del Rey final and the upcoming match against Mallorca.
Coach Hansi Flick is likely to deploy Ferran Torres as the central striker, with the Spanish forward in excellent scoring form lately, making him a great fit to cover for Lewandowski's absence.

Mallorca team news
Mallorca is facing a series of injury concerns ahead of their trip to Catalonia, with Manu Morlanes, Robert Navarro, Takuma Asano, and Kosovo's star Vedat Muriqi all doubtful for Sunday’s clash.
Abdon Prats has not been living up to expectations recently, so head coach Jagoba Arrasate might bench him and pair Antonio Sanchez alongside Cyle Larin in attack.
