Martin Ødegaard and Co will be looking to keep their hopes of ending their English top flight title drought alive when they welcome Fulham to the Emirates Stadium on Tuesday.

The Gunners ended a run of three consecutive league games without a win with a 1:0 victory over Chelsea at this ground just before the international break to close the gap on Liverpool to 12 points. While Arteta will be keen to see his side continue to pile the pressure on the Reds, the gap is now too big and the last thing Arsenal fans want is to see one of their key players injured ahead of the Champions League quarter-finals.

Speaking of quarter-finals, Fulham crashed out of the FA Cup with a 3:0 home defeat to Crystal Palace and will be desperate to bounce back on Tuesday. The Whites went into the break with a 2-0 win over Tottenham, but their recent record away from Craven Cottage has not been good, with Marco Silva's men failing to win in their last two games.

Arsenal vs Fulham Betting Tips: Both teams to score

Arsenal's centre-back duo of Saliba and Gabriel have received plenty of praise this season, but the Gunners have struggled to keep many clean sheets of late. Arteta's men failed to keep a clean sheet in three of their last four outings, and bets on BTTS - Yes won in as many games.

Marco Silva's side have had a lot of fun scoring goals this season and even more so away from Craven Cottage. In fact, the visitors boast at least one goal in each of their last 17 away games. Both teams scored in each of their last five and I expect a similar result on Tuesday at the Emirates.

  • Best Tip: Both teams to score
  • Arsenal vs Fulham prediction: 2-1

Team1 team news

Bukayo Saka returned to training after a long-term injury last week, but the striker is not expected to feature immediately, especially with the big Champions League clash with Real Madrid just around the corner.

Riccardo Calafiori is unavailable for Tuesday's game after pulling out of international duty with Italy due to injury.

The Gunners' injury list also includes Gabriel Jesus (knee), Kai Havertz (hamstring) and Takehiro Tomiyasu (knee).

Team2 team news

Fulham boss Marco Silva is expected to make changes to the side that took the field for Saturday afternoon's FA Cup tie against Crystal Palace.

Raúl Jiménez is in contention to lead the line ahead of Rodrigo Muniz, while former Arsenal midfielder Emile Smith Rowe is pushing for a start in midfield.

Reiss Nelson (hamstring), Kenny Tete (knee) and Harry Wilson (broken foot) have all been ruled out of Tuesday's trip to the Emirates through injury.
