For the third year in a row, Arsenal looks like the second-best team in England. They fell short of Manchester City in the previous two seasons and will most likely finish behind Liverpool this year. The Gunners slipped in the previous matches, winning two points in the last three PL games, running their chances of winning the title. Now, they are sitting in second place with 55 points from 28 matches - 15 points away from 1st-placed Liverpool, but with one game played less. Since they were already eliminated from the Carabao Cup and FA Cup, their only chance to win the title is through the Champions League. However, after eliminating PSV in the 1/8 Finals, the Gunners will face off against the reigning champs, Real Madrid.  

Chelsea had two difficult seasons behind them, finishing 11th and 6th. However, it was evident last year that this young squad is capable of good things. This season, the Blues are doing much better as they are 4th with 49 points from 28 matches. They are only two points away from dropping out of the Champions League spots but will have a pretty easy schedule after the Arsenal game. In the last game (in the Conference League), the Blues secured the quarter-finals and will face off against Legia in the next stage of the competition. The Blues are playing great and are the clear-cut favorite for the title.

Arsenal vs Chelsea pick: Both teams to score

Arsenal are in a terrible form, winning only once in the last five games. Their defense struggled to keep a clean sheet, as they only managed to do that once in those five matches. So, we do not think they can keep it against an in-form Chelsea. On the other hand, we strongly believe in the Gunners' ability to score, considering they did so in 19 out of 22 home games - 86%.

Chelsea won four games in a row while scoring seven goals -1.75 per game. They are scoring pretty regularly and have done so in 12 out of the last 13 games in all competitions. However, we definitely do not think they can keep a clean sheet away from home, as they failed to do so in the last seven matches.

In the previous h2h game, we saw a 1:1 draw. Moreover, both teams scored in three of the last four h2h games. Considering the previous h2h games and all the above, we believe that both teams to score bet is the safest option for this Premier League tie.
