Fresh off a dominant 4:0 win over Al Wasl in the AFC Champions League, Al-Nassr return to domestic action on Friday as they welcome Al-Fayha to Al Awwal Park. 

Stefano Pioli’s side are in fine form, winning their last four matches across all competitions, including three consecutive victories in the Saudi Pro League. Al Nassr scored 12 goals in those wins, with a now 40-year-old Cristiano Ronaldo scoring six goals across all four matches.

Currently third in the Saudi League standings with 38 points, they remain eight points behind leaders Al Hilal and Al Ittihad but will see this as a good opportunity to close the gap.

Al-Fayha come into Friday's contest having struggled for consistency this year. The visitors have failed to win their last two league matches, losing 2:1 to Al Shabab before a goalless draw with Al Taawoun. 

Sitting 13th in the table, just two points above the relegation zone, their away record remains a major issue. Al- Fahya lost four of their last seven away fixtures, including a 2:1 defeat at Al Shabab a fortnight ago.

With the hosts showing some top form in recent weeks, another high-scoring home win seems likely on Friday. Al-Nassr won five of their last six matches while over 2.5 goals were scored in all but one of their last eight matches. Al-Fayha have also seen over 2.5 goals in their last four away games,
