AC Oulu return to home comforts on Monday looking to bounce back from a 2:0 Suomen Cup defeat against SJK just five days ago. Having enjoyed a fine run which saw then claim victories in three of their last four matches, Oulu´s first defeat since in five matches ensured their exit from the domestic cup competition. 

Despite some recent improvements in form, Oulu are having a tough season in the Veikkausliiga. Places 10th in the 12-team division, the hosts find themselves only three points above bottom-placed Lahti. 

At Raatin Stadion, AC have improved in the past couple of months. After failing to win any of their first five home fixtures this season, Konstantinos Bratso´s side have since won three and drawn two of their last five in front of their own support. 

Goals at both ends can usually be expected at this venue. Six of Oulu´s last eight home games saw that outcome, and a repeat looks likely this weekend. 

Visiting SJK arrive in Oulu in great form, with five wins and one draw picked up in their last six matches across all competitions. Strong in the forward areas, SJK bagged two goals or more in all six games.

On the road, Stevie Grieve´s side have been a little less consistent. SJK won two, lost two and drew two of six away fixtures this season. Each of their last four matches saw BTTS and over 2.5 goals scored and I expect both outcomes to land on Monday.

BTTS is my primary choice, while I also fancy a high-scoring contest with at least three goals netted.
