AC Milan will be looking to put an end to their three match winless streak in the Italian top flight when they play host to Torino this weekend in what will be Matchday one of the 2024-25 campaign.

The hosts have been a shadow of their former selves since winning the 2021-22 campaign. Daniele Bonera's men finished second last season and fourth the season before, behind the likes of Napoli, Lazio and Inter Milan.

Torino meanwhile are one of those teams that have made avoiding relegation a top priority. The visitors have done just that in each of the last twelve seasons and finished tenth in each of the last three.

AC Milan vs. Torino betting tips: Milan to win

Milan finished last season on a three-game winless streak, conceding three goals in each of those games, but we saw a different side in their pre-season friendlies. The Rossoneri defeated Manchester City and Real Madrid and also played out a 2-2 with Barcelona.

Torino won't want to be reminded of their last season's away form. The visitors won just five games on the road and finished the campaign with three defeats in four away matches. Ivan Juric's side don't have the best record against Milan at this venue either having lost each of the last two meetings.

  • Best Tip: Home team to win
  • AC Milan vs Torino prediction: 2-0
